Boost your Immunity system naturally.

And why is it the immediate step that needs to be taken?

In our fast-paced life, we despise every hurdle that is going to slow us down. We dislike being unable to be present for opportunities, and one of the major reasons is sickness.

Whether it's your next exam you are preparing for, an event you have always dreamt of attending, or a trip you have been saving for. (Traveling is something even I hate postponing.)

None other than the lack of your immune system’s capability to protect you causes this sickness.

Your immunity system is nothing but round cells in every part of your body. The stronger the cells are, the quicker and with less harm to your body, consume the nasty viruses that give us headaches. Literally.

Doesn’t mean it can fight off every virus but can help you recover faster. And fast recovery is a necessity for your lifestyle.

After hours of research and some of my practical experiences, here are four ways I have listed to boost your immunity naturally.

Sleep Just enough.

you know it and so do I. Getting the right amount of sleep can not only give you an immunity boost, but also a better mood and incredible productivity.

What do I mean by the right amount? What is the right amount for you?

From my personal reality, I can never survive my days on 5–6 hours of sleep and get sluggish when I get 8 or more hours of sleep as well.

Sure, the adrenaline when a deadline’s approaching can keep me dashing, but it’s just a matter of a day or two. Make sure you know how much sleep your body needs and give it that.

Devour fresh, rich, and natural.

A delicious juicy burger with crispy fries and cheese sauce (or ketchup) is… mouthwatering, but it is good just for that. The mouth. The rest of the body is not happy with that choice (except for the mind sometimes).

The immune system strengthens with good nutrition.

Now, how about juicy fruits with natural sweetness? Or a colorful plate of vegetable gravy with a side of crunchy salad and mom’s handmade roti? Now that is tempting to my mind and the body as well.

We have become so used to the artificial taste that it leaves us far behind in appreciating and enjoying the fresh vegetables that we have access to and even some of our favorite ones. (Just the thought of getting eating boiled corn in this monsoon elates me).

Drink lots of water and sweat it out.

Water is water. Significant and satisfactory.

What is also necessary with consuming enough water is flushing it out… through your sweat, which requires exercise.

Exercise not only helps boost your immunity but also is a great need for a healthy mind, a fitter body, and confidence boost.

(Ways to make water consumption easy and fun.)

Be with your creator.

Last but not least, spend time in nature.

Soak in the luscious sunlight packed with Vitamin D. Breathe in the fresh air, spend time with your pets, just anything that makes you feel connected to the source. Anything that will make you feel content

There is nothing a happy mind cannot do. It has made and broken mountains in the past.

Think about everything you consume and do for your health as a loop. You get fit and strong, you glow, your hair strengthens, your eyesight becomes clearer, enhanced focus, your organs function better and everything else good can happen to your body. i.e. when applying these methods, you get the entire package.

Conclusion

Today’s choices define how your tomorrow will look. Plant flowers and you’ll be tickled with the life and fragrance. Liter the place and you’ll want to walk as far away as you can.

So make a list and be intentional.

Comment your valuable feedback and let me know your thoughts.

Until the next post!
